Rumors
What: The 9999 Point Damage Strike
Status: True
How: This is pretty easy. Its done with Ayla. When she reaches level 99, her fist levels up again. Her critical hits deal 9999 points of damage.
What: You can save Lara, Lucca's mother.
Status: True
How: Okay, in the "Events" Part of the game, after you turn the desert into the forest and get Robo back, your party spends a night in the forest. During that time, Lucca gets to go back and see her mother. When you do, she gets caught in the machinery. When that happens, she'll tell Lucca to turn the machine off. Go up to the machine and hit "top l" "a" "top r" "a" on the controler. When you go back to 1000 AD, go to Luccas house. Lara will be able to walk around.
What: You can get Schala, Magus' sister, in your party.

What: You can get Magus in your party.

How: In 12,000 AD, after you escape from Dalton's Blackbird, go to the Cape

What:If you get a score of 2000 or above, XRRX gives you 5 ethers.

Secrets
Cats
You can get more than one cat in Chrono Trigger.
How? Well. Beat the 80 point game in Norstein Beckler's tent of horrors, and you'll get a cat. Beat it more than that, and you get cat food. When you accumulate a lot of cat food, sometimes you'll get another cat. You can get at least 11 cats.
Names
If you go to the Nu in the ruined Laruba Village in 65 Million BC, he'll let you rename your characters.

Rocks
Rocks let you use special techs. The techs themselves are in the Chrono Trigger Walkthrough above... But the rocks' locations are as follow:

Of Clones and Poyozo Dolls
At Norstein Beckler's tent of horrors, you can win Poyozo Dolls and Clones of Crono. The first game (20 Silver points) gives you a poyozo doll. The second game (40 Silver Points) gives you a Crono Clone.
Thats if you beat them with Crono.
In the "events" part of the game when you can put anyone at the head of the party. Beat those games, and you can get a clone and a poyozo doll for EVERY CHARACTER!
The dolls and clones go to the character's houses.
